I made this card keeping in mind the Pantone color of the year Very Peri ~kinda purply-blue (is that even a word? 🧐) This stampset is called Heartful Greetings from @crafty_meraki and I used Flirty Wings A2 background die. By inking up the panel underneath the background die in shades of purples/blue/lilacs I was able to create an ombre effect that matched the colors of the flowers in the heart.
And yes I had to use some bling and Ebony Opal was a perfect match!
